This is unfortunately still business as usual. This is not the change Nigerians expected. We had hoped that Buhari would be a disciple of Tax-Economy. The rich don’t pay taxes in Nigeria. This is why there are too many private jets. If they did, poverty would be hugely reduced. And Nigeria would not need any foreign aid or loan. Instead of junketing abroad with cap in the hand, Buhari should get the rich to pay tax.
