Col. Dasuki
A third attempt by the embattled past National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki to stop his trial has being rebuffed today by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja. Dasuki sought an order quashing the charges against him and a prohibiting order against the Federal Government from further prosecution.
However Justice Adeniyi Ademola was not impressed by the Plaintiff’s case. He held that the application lacked merit.
This is the third time Dasuki has failed before the courts to stop two sets of criminal charges slammed against him.
