There was drama this morning at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) as Chairman, Danladi Umar asked the Police to extract the defence lawyer, Mr. Raphael Oluyede.
His motion for Umar to disqualify himself on ground of bias was turned down by the judge and he refused to sit down despite repeated order from Umar to that effect.
Thereupon, the judge ordered police officers to throw him out. Oluyede, who said he would not be intimidated, however quickly sat down on arrival of the police officers.
