According to Women’s Aid Collective, WACOL, Homosexuals seem to be on the prowl in Enugu State.
Executive Director of WACOL Dr Ngozi Ezeilo dislosed that seven Homosexaul rape cases were among the 479 rape cases recorded in the state since April 2014.This is a new dimension.
The victims’ age ranged from 5-40 years. She said that Enugu East topped the list with 157 rape cases, including the rape of seven boys. Meanwhile, only one case has been successfully prosecuted
Also an Enugu man is reported to have raped his three children, aged five, seven and nine. He has been arrested by the Enugu police.
