The Three Osun State Government officials kidnapped last Friday have been set free by their abductors. This was confirmed in a statement released by the State Head of Service, Sunday Olayinka Owoeye. Bimpe Ogunlumade, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Tajudeen Badejoko, Director of State Audit and the driver to the Auditor-General, Mr. Oladapo Ajani Arogundade, were freed by their abductors on Sunday evening, the statement said.
Nothing was said if ransom was paid for their release.
