A known native doctor, Chief Onupka Nwite at weekend was unable to conjure something to save his own life. He was reportedly killed by suspected cultists in his shrine in Ndulo Ukwuagba Ngbo, Ohaukwu local government area of Ebonyi state. The suspects immediately fled after murdering him.
Son of the deceased, Nwabueze Onukpa has reported the matter to Ohaukwu Police Division. And appealed to security agents to bring the culprits to book.
He also reported the matter to his kindred in Ukwuagba. And immediately youths were mobilized, went on rampage, indiscriminately burning houses of some people suspected to be involved in killing of the native doctor.
