Armed men have kidnapped former minister of state for education Mrs. Anisulowo along Igbogila road in Yewa North local government area of Ogun state. She was abducted together with her security aide.
The spokesperson for the Ogun state police command, Muyiwa Adejobi, confirmed the incident to PREMIUM TIMES.
According to him, the police commissioner has deployed five teams to find Anisulowo.
She was minister of state for education during the late Sani Abacha dictatorship. But later became a senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District. She also once contested for the governorship in Ogun State.
