In a baffling display of absurd primitivism, suspected voodoo worshippers kidnapped a 37 year old popular musician and Master of Ceremony with a hunchback at his residence at Okhokhugbo community in Egor Local Government, Rdo State and murdered him for ritual purposes, family sources have said.
The victim simply identified as Usokpowu alias Tokyo.
He was found dead three days later as his his corpse was found at a primary school, with vital body parts such as liver, penis and the hunch missing.
Edo State Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, however said that, at the moment, the matter was been treated as a case of missing person.
Investigation has commenced, he said and that he has directed the Criminal Investigation Department to be on top of the case.
