African-American Policeman, Delrish Moss has taken the oath of office in Missouri to become the new Ferguson Police Chief, two years after the death of African American youth, Michael Brown, who was shot to death by a white policeman.
Before his appointment, Moss had worked, among others, at the Miami Police Dept.
Brown, unarmed, took in twelve bullets from the racist police officer before he died. His death sparked outrage and violent protests.
Moss replaces Thomas Jackson, who was forced to resign after the US Justice Department indicted the Ferguson Police of racial bias and unnecessary use of disproportional force against African Americans
