
Vice-President Yemi, Osinbajo yesterday revealed that 55 Nigerians stole N1.4 trillion of the nation’s money in seven years.
The disclosure was made at a multi-stakeholders’ dialogue on empowering institutions and citizens for successful fight against corruption, organised by Transparency International (TI) and the Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) in Abuja.
Represented by a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), Prof. Femi Odenunle, Osinbajo regretted that corruption had become a permanent fixture of the country’s daily national discourse.
