Justice Rita Ofili- Ajumogobia of the Federal High Court today jailed ex-Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration Safety Agency, NIMASA, Raymond Omatseye for five years.

He was convicted of a N1.5bn contract scam in a case brought by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
