The Appeal Court in Abuja just ruled that the immediate past National Spokeman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh has a case to answer.
Metuh had appealed to the Appelate court, challenging the lack of merit of the case brought against him by the EFCC. He is accused of being part of the click that shared the Dasuki Arms Deal money.
