As expected, Swedish international, Zlatan Ibrahomic is set to reunite with his former boss, Jose Mourinho after he signed a one year contract to join Manchester United, with a clause inserted into it that guarantees the former Paris Saint Germain striker a place in the starting eleven, SKY Sports reports.
Mourinho had played under Mourinho at Italian club, Inter Milan, where he won the Champions League with the Portuguese. Cameroon’s Samuel Eto’o was a crucial part of that winning squad.
Ibrahimovic, whose contract with Paris Saint Germain ends this summer, is currently in camp with the Swedish national team as they prepare for the European Championships, which starts in France on June 10.
It is expected that man Utd will soon announce the signing before the start of the tournament.
