The Court of Appeal in Abuja just dismissed two separate appeals filed by former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), to stop his ongoing trials before two judges of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Maitama.
The Appeal Court delivered its judgment after hearing the appeals this morning.
