The Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami has shunned the invitation of the Nigerian Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters to appear before it.
The Senate at plenary on Tuesday, after a two-hour closed session had summoned Malami, over the looming prosecution of Saraki and Ekweremadu, for allegedly forging the Senate Standing Order 2015.
It is now left to be seen what next line of action the Senate will take,
