The obvious signs are that Guardiola is not planning the future with him. Hart was not chosen for the season opener at Etihad against Sunderland last Saturday.
It is widely rumuored that City have agreed a deal to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, which goes to underline that Hart’s days in Manchester look finished.
He was again ignored for Tuesday’s Champions League qualifier against Steaua Bucharest in Romania.
Unconfirmed reports are linking the rejected Hart with a move to Sevilla in Spain, and Everton as his time at Etihad seems to have come to a premature end – despite signing a new contract about two years ago to keep him at City till 2019.
The England No.1 has spent more than a decade at City after he joined from hometown club Shrewsbury in 2006. The 29-year-old made 347 appearances for Man City, and conceded 347 goals.
