The Supreme Court has just upheld the election of Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
A seven-man panel headed by Justice Sylvester Ngwata found no reason to set aside the election after listening to the closing statements of all the counsel.
The Apex court will provide reasons for its decision on September 30.
