Mr. Godwin Obaseki of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has been sworn-in today as the Governor of Edo State. He takes over from his benefactor, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole.
Obaseki was sworn in by the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Cromwell Idahosa. He took the oath of office at about 12:20pm after his deputy, Philip Shuaibu, took his oath of office at about 12pm.
