The senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers South East, Senator Magnus Abe, has won the legislative rerun election in his senatorial District.
He was declared winner on Sunday by the Returning Officer, Professor Gideon Onukwuisi after announcing the result at the collation centre in Bori, Khana Local Government Area.
Abe got 125,938 votes to beat his challenger from the Peoples Democratic Party, Olaka Wogu, who polled 25,394 votes.
