A Federal High Court Lagos on Tuesday fixed February 16 to give judgment in a suit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC asking for forfeiture of funds allegedly looted by a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Diezani Allison-Madueke.
Justice Muslim Hassan fixed the date after hearing arguments from both sides.
