FRSC Commander In Rivers Suspended For Disrespecting Human Dignity [PHOTOS]

For disrespecting human dignity and crossing the line, the Federal Road Safety Corps has suspended its overzealous Rivers state sector commander, Ayodele Kumapayi, for cutting the hairs of female officers under his command without their consent.

Kumapayi, while pretending to be disciplining female officers, disgracefully cut their hairs during a routine parade on Monday.

The FRSC spokesperson, Bisi Kazeem, confirmed Kumapayi’s suspension on Tuesday morning while addressing the media on the matter.

He said that other officers who allegedly abetted the unlawful act have been suspended alongside Kumapayi.

The sector commander accused the female marshals of carrying long hairdo, which is not a crime under any law in Nigeria.

Kazeem said the Corps Marshal of the FRSC, Boboye Oyeyemi, ordered the immeduate suspension of the officers pending investigation.
