There has been outrage in the social media over the arrest of a woman by Saudi Arabian Police for wearing mini skirt in public. Many said it is hypocrisy to allow foreign female visitors to dress as they like, but not Saudi women. They pointed to how “loosely” Melanie Trump dressed in that country when she accompanied her husband on a state visit in May 2017.
The woman is seen in the video, dressed in short skirts and walking through some of Saudi Arabian holiest sites. Was it defiance?
