Belgian club Standard Liege have signed Nigerian midfielder, Uche Agbo from English Premier League side Watford for £2.13m.
Agbo, who was on loan at Granada last season, signed a three-year deal with the Belgian side.
The 21-year-old international was unable to secure a work permit in the United Kingdom, forcing Watford to sell him.
Standard Liege will open the new season’s campaign on Sunday and Agbi says he is happy to be part of the squad.
“The offer was very tempting and I am delighted I have a job for the next three years,” he revealed.
