The Court of Appeal on Thursday affirmed the decision of Rivers State Election Tribunal which had sacked Senator George Sekibo as the senator representing Rivers East.
The appellate court held that the Mr. Sekibo’s appeal lacked merit as there was no reason to overrule the lower court.
