American Madison Keys has beaten fellow country woman and Davis Cup teammate Coco Vandeweghe in straight sets 6-1, 6-2 to reach the final of the US Open.
The 15th seeded Keys now faces surprise finalist Sloane Stephens, who outlasted veteran Venus Williams in three sets in the first semi final, in saturday final at the Arthur Ashe stadium, New York.
