Nigerian musician turned activist, Charles Oputa, popularly called Charlyboy, has dragged the FCT Police Command, on behalf of his OurMumuDonDo group, before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Maitama, Abuja for harassing him and members of his group, as well as Concerned Nigerians, during the resume or resign protests.
Mr. Oputa is seeking a N500m redress for the infringement of their fundamental rights.
