Buhari Stealing NNPC Money For 2019 Campaign – Fani-Kayode

Fani-Kayode

Ex-Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has alleged that President Muhammadu Buhari and his cabal of “ethnic supremacists”, are stealing funds from the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), to fund his 2019 presidential campaign.

Mr. Fani-Kayode said this in a tweet Wednesday evening.

He tweeted, “Ibe Kachikwu does not appreciate the fact that to @MBuhari and his tiny cabal of ethnic supremacists pillaging 26 billion USD from the Northern (sorry “Nigerian”) National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is nothing.

“Where else do up expect him to get the funds for his 2019 campaign?”

Meanwhile, the Nigerian Senate has set up a panel to probe the damning allegations levelled against the group managing director of NNPC, Maitanti Baru.

This was in a reaction to a petition written by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu to President Buhari, alleging corruption, disregard for due process and insubordination against Baru.
