Justice Bashir Sukola of the Kaduna State High Court, who earlier this month ordered the remand of a Vanguard reporter, Mr. Luka Binniyat over allegation of false publication against Governor Nasir el-Rufai and his government, has died.
Details of his death are sketchy as at the time of filing this report.
