President Muhammadu Buhari has proposed a N8.6trn “budget of consolidation” for the 2018 financial year.
Buhari made the proposal as he presented the budget at the Joint Session of the National Assembly on Tuesday in Abuja.
The President said the 2018 budget would be a consolidation of the earlier ones, promising that 2018 would be a year of better outcomes.
