The Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun on Wednesday announced the suspension of the Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC, Mounir Gwarzo, over an allegation of financial impropriety.
Also suspended along with Mr. Gwarzo are two management staff of the Commission.
They are Head of Media Division, Mr. Abdulsalam Naif, and Head of Legal Department Mrs. Anastasia Braimoh.
They are all accused of engaging in financial impropriety at the Commission.
