A Nigerian Senator, who says he is representing his constituents in the Senate, was caught sleeping at an important public hearing on the current fuel scarcity yesterday.
While he napped, his colleagues in the Senate Committee on Petroleum Downstream grilled Minister of state for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, and the NNPC Group Managing Director, Maikanti Baru.
