Alex Iwobi’s career at Arsenal has come under threat after he was filmed partying hard on the day before the Gunners’ FA Cup defeat by Nottingham Forest.
A video, uploaded on Snapchat and captioned “Shouldn’t Iwobi be sleeping?” showed the 21-year-old Nigerian forward dancing and screaming with a large group of revellers at about 2.37am on Saturday in a Soho flat.
Hours later that day Iwobi who is on a reported £30,000-a-week at the Emirates, started in the number 10 role for the Gunners in FA Cup third round match and were crushed 4-2 by Championship side Nottingham Forest.
Angry Fans are now calling for his sack, saying he doesn’t deserve to be at the North London club.
