The Special Adviser to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode on Commerce, Deji Tinubu, has died.
Deji, former Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission, reportedly died late on Thursday during a novelty match in the Epe area of Lagos State.
Tinubu slumped in the field and could not be revived.
He was confirmed dead at a hospital in Epe
It is understood that Lagos State Executive members and other top government functionaries were in Epe for a retreat.
