Armed men on Friday again attacked rural settlements in Daffo District of Bokkos Local Government, Plateau State, killing 10 persons.
The victims included five women, four men and a child.
The gunmen reportedly invaded the villages and opened fire on the residents, destroying houses.
Mr. Danjuma Wabas, the Councillor representing Daffo District in the Bokkos Local Government Council, who confirmed the attack, said that the deceased persons have been given a mass burial.
This comes within hours after President Buhari departed the state after concluding his two day working visit.
