Barely hours after he announced his intention to seek reelection in 2019, President Muhammadu Buhari was on Tuesday greeted with protests by Nigerians resident in the UK as he arrived London ahead of the meetings of the Commonwealth head of states billed billed for between April 18 and 20.
In a video posted on YouTube, the protesters, carrying placards about the killings by herdsmen and Buhari’s inability to secure lives and properties in the country, were heard chanting, “Buhari must go!” “Buhari must go!” in front of the president’s London residence.
