
President Muhammadu Buhari has left Calabar, Cross River State, for Jos, Plateau State.
This was announced by Buhari’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad on his Twitter handle.
The President is already leaving the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar, for Jos, Plateau State, his tweet said.
Scores of people were over the weekend massacred by suspected Fulani herdsmen as they sacked 11 villages in Plateau State.
The President, who was in Calabar, the capital of Cross River State earlier on Tuesday to commission Automated Rice Seed and Seedling Factory, is heading from there to Jos to commiserate with the people of the state.
