Nigerian migrants, who have been held in Libyan jail for five months, have cried out to the government of President Muhammadu Buhari and churches to come to their rescue.
In a video, uploaded on their behalf by media consultant, Peter Agba Kalu, the distressed Nigerians recounted their ordeal in prison, narrating how their fellow inmates die daily as a result of the unbearable conditions.
They begged the Nigerian government and other known rich men of God to come and take them back home to Nigeria.
“The authorities here have refused to deport us; we have told them we want to go back home….
“We are suffering here, we are dying here; they are keeping us here for business,” one of the Nigerian migrants sobbed.
