Early results of Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti shows a neck and neck running between Prof. Olusola Eleka of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and All Progressives Congress, APC candidate Kayode Fayemi.
However, Dr. Fayemi had taken an early lead, winning in seven out of the eight local governments so far declared by INEC – including Irepodun-Ifelodun, the local government of outgoing governor, Ayodele Fayose
