Senate President, Bukola Saraki, who seemed to have survived a plot to impeach him, on Tuesday announced he will hold a world press conference on Wednesday.
This was disclosed in a tweet by his Special Assistant, International Relations, Bamikole Omisore.
The agenda of the conference, scheduled to begin at 12 noon, was not disclosed. But it should be connected with Tuesday’s siege on the National Assembly by operatives of Department of State Services, DSS, and the “intimidation and harrassment”of members of the opposition by security agencies, especially the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
