At least one person was killed when a four-storey building still under construction collapsed Friday afternoon in the Jabi area of Abuja.
Eighteen others are still trapped under the rubble, as rescuers intensify efforts to save them, despite heavy rain hampering rescue operation.
25 people were reportedly inside the building when it collapsed.
Rescue officials were said to have rescued about six persons, while a corpse was evacuated.
