Scores of police operatives on Friday afternoon invaded the Abuja residence of Senator Dino Melaye, an outspoken critic of President Muhammadu Buhari government.
Stern looking police officers condoned Sangha Street, off Mississipi Road, in the Maitama District, where Melaye’s residence is.
Mr. Melaye had recently accused the Federal Government of plotting to assasinate him.
Efforts at reaching the embattled senator was unsuccessful as at the time of filing this report.
His mobile telephone was switched off.
