INEC Says 84,004,084 Voters To Vote In 2019 Elections, Gives Register To Political Parties

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Monday announced the number of registered voters for the 2019 general elections.

INEC officially disclosed on its Twitter handle that eighty-four million, four thousand and eighty four Nigerians would be voting in the forthcoming elections, adding that it has handed the National Register of Voters to political parties.

The electoral body tweeted, “INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu presents the National Register of Voters to Political Parties.

“For the 2019 General Elections, the official total number of registered voters is: 84,004,084. ( Eighty Four Million, Four Thousand, and Eighty Four).”
