The election Tribunal sitting in Abuja has unanimously affirmed Dr Kayode Fayemi of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a duly elected governor of the state, striking out the case of the Peoples Democratic Party Governorship (PDP) candidate in Ekiti State, Olusola Eleka.
