At least ten persons have died at the main gate of the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt following a stampede after the presidential campaign rally of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State on Tuesday.
An eye witness confirmed to CHECKPOINTCHARLEY that he counted a minimum of ten corpses.
Many others, who were wounded, were said to have been rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.
