A video has gone viral on the internet, showing the convoy of controversial chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, bottomholed by angry Nigerians in his home town Auchi, Edo State.
The former Edo State governor is from Auchi.
CHECKPOINTCHARLEY understands that the incident happened on Wednesday and the protesters were reportedly irked by rumours that Mr. Oshiomhole hijacked the list of INEC adhoc staff and was allegedly replacing those on the list with his “own people”.
The protesters are heard in the video chanting non-stop, “Oshiomhole, Ole!” “Oshiomhole Ole!” as they booed the APC chairman.
Some of the people were heard saying that “our votes must count,” “They have to kill us first” to be able to rig.

Mr. Oshiomhole is yet to talk about the incident.
