Barely five days to the governorship election, a federal high court in Kano on Monday nullified the candidature of Abba Yusuf, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate in Kano state.
Justice Leis Allagoa held the view that the PDP did not conduct governorship primary election in Kano and therefore set aside the “primary” that led to emergence of Yusuf as governorship candidate.
