The Returning Officer for Ohaji Egbema Local Govt was on Monday handed over to the police on the orders of Imo State returning officer, Francis Otunta for allegedly falsifying governorship election results in favour of Uche Nwosu, the Imo State gubernatorial candidate of the Action Alliance (AA).
Photos below show the RO, a professor, being taken away for interrogation and further investigation.
Meanwhile, Prof. Otunta has announced his decision to cancel the results from that local government.
