Nigeria’s first lady, Aisha Buhari has visited victims of the building which collapsed in the Ita-Faaji area of Lagos Island on Wednesday.
Mrs Buhari, accompanied by aides, visited on Saturday some of the survivors of the incident, who are being treated at the Lagos Island General Hospital.
She told told them that the nation was with them in prayers.
Nine children wered among those who died in the incident. Many others were wounded.
The president’s wife is beloved by majority of Nigerians.
