The Ekiti State Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi has been elected the Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) governor was elected at the meeting of the Forum in Abuja on Wednesday.
Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal, of the Peoples Democratic Party, was elected as the Deputy.
Fayemi takes over from Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari.
