Some Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmakers in the house of representatives on Wednesday exchanged blows over the position of minority leader.
The session, which was peaceful, got chaotic after Femi Gbajabiamila, the speaker, announced Ndudi Elumuelu as minority leader, instead of Kingsley Chinda, a lawmaker from Rivers state.
PDP leadership had written to the speaker to state its preference for Mr. Chinda.
